Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga classes are a slower paced class where poses are held for 2-5 minutes at a time where props are provided and can be used to help you get the most out of each pose to meet your edge. This allows us to slow down and take time to recover from our ever-busy lives. It can be as much a practice of self-reflection on the mind as it is the body making it a great reset in our busy lives.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga allows a slow paced practice suitable for everyone from beginners to more experienced Yoga Practitioners. A slow flow of poses are introduced to allow a targeted stretch and strengthening of the body at a pace that is adaptable to everyone. A great starting place for those who are new to the practice.

Yin and Yang Yoga

Yin and Yang Yoga classes are a balance between both the more energetic strengthening elements (Yang) of Yoga and the slower paced, more mindful elements (Yin) of Yoga. The class is split in two parts so you have a complete and balanced practice.
